My wife and I were interested in the Grandview Heights neighborhood of Lancaster. We chose Abby as our realtor because, as a resident of GH, she keeps abreast of neighborhood knowledge, available homes, and market fluctuations. Not only this, Abby provided us with stellar service and was always reachable to answer our questions. Her commitment to client service and overall dedication enabled us to submit a bid on our desired home before it entered the open market. We will definitely be using Abby as realtor into the future. Stephen & Alison Ault - Grandview Residents I found Abby's information on the Grandview Community website. She was very professional, hard-working, & accessible. She was willing to work hard with a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) seller and did more then she needed to. Kerri Bogda - Grandview Resident From talking to people in the neighborhood I have found that a lot of residents are interested in the real estate activity in Country Club neighborhood just next to Grandview. For your convenience I have attached a link to all actively listed properties in Country Club. For more information on any of these homes please contact me. COUNTRY CLUB HOME LISTINGS |
